Mal
Mal was an Afghanistan Interpreter supporting UK and US senior command throughout the war. Mal talks about the importance of loyalty and seeing things through to the finish. Mal also introduces the concept of “listening using your eyes”, which when in challenging situations he used this to “read the room” to mitigate near fatal situations. The lessons learnt translate to the work place; achieving long term goals, engaging with empathy and knowing when to step in before its to late in any giving situation
