Paul is an experiences Executive and Leadership Coach with a passion for helping teams and individuals release the potential within themselves. He draws on 30+ years of experience and success in leading transformational change across a wide range of industries including automotive supply chain, manufacturing, food, FMCG, distribution, banking & finance, healthcare, aerospace and defence. He has significant expertise in supporting client’s requirements across business transformation, operational excellence coaching, leadership performance coaching, business process re-design, portfolio project management and cultural change programmes in multi-national, large-scale production and service environments.
His particular skills are around his ability to build effective teams that deliver against a clear set of expectations to help businesses to achieve their core objectives, through collaboration and clarity of purpose.
Paul has worked with coachees at all levels, from Team Leaders right through to C-Suite Executives and is inspired by witnessing the journey that people travel during their coaching experience, and how that coaching impacts an individual on both a professional and personal level. The added bonus of then seeing those individuals have a positive impact on the people around them is the reason why he loves coaching so much.
Paul’s style is based around his ability to engage and collaborate with people to build trust, through a “high challenge, high support” style of coaching.
He is a big family man (he has a big family – 6 children, 4 grandchildren so far) and loves spending time with them. He also has a passion for re-connecting with his guitar playing and building up an impressive vinyl record collection.
