Saskia is a leadership consultant and executive coach, specialising in maximising the human potential within organisations. With over 20 years in the British Army she has extensive experience of working with – and leading – high-performing teams under pressure. Having experienced the challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated industry she is also passionate about empowering individuals from under-represented groups to excel.

Saskia has a master’s in International Liaison and Communication from Westminster University and a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice from King’s College London. Saskia’s experience lies in project management and human resources and, as a fluent French speaker, she has worked with multinational teams and facilitated strategic leadership courses around the world.
