Michelle’s executive coaching work draws upon her thirty years’ experience as an international lawyer, business leader, coach and mentor in a variety of legal and senior management roles, most recently as Global Head of Knowledge in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, one of the world’s leading international law firms as well as her more recent work as a non-executive director and board adviser. She has significant experience working across countries and across cultures and in leading dispersed and diverse high performing teams. She has also worked globally and has a deep understanding of the legal, financial services and corporate sectors. Michelle has significant operational management experience and a track record of delivering organisational, digital and cultural transformation.
