Michelle has a background in leadership positions within the global publishing industry and has spent 25 years working with supply chains, pushing the sustainability agenda and developing high performing, inclusive, international teams. With experience in leading high-volume negotiations, compliance, project management and workflow optimisation, Michelle’s passion for truly embedding ESG and sustainability in international business drives commercial and cultural success. With leadership experience in both large corporate (Penguin Random House) and start-up businesses, as well as voluntary governance work, Michelle draws on a variety of experience in her coaching.
