What you do: We create and deliver accessible, accredited executive training short courses, in partnership with HE and the CMI; a bridge between academic and the executive worlds. These take the form of 1-5 day Open Courses, In House Training Solutions or Executive Coaching.
What the client gets: The opportunity to upskill in new areas whilst refreshing and revitalising existing knowledge to ensure best practice when returning to the workplace for affecting positive change.
Who you work with: We deliver for the Private, Public and Third sectors… from the FTSE 100 to local start-ups, Central Government to CCGs… our open courses are non-sector specific, welcoming fresh insights from across industries and specialities. As well as Open Courses, our In House Training team create bespoke solutions around specific organisational requirements to ensure a custom fit training solution whilst the Executive Coaching teams focus on individuals.
