Martin has worked extensively over the last 30 years in creating, developing and leading high performing global teams.
His experience mainly in large scale financial services organisations, he has successfully driven and delivered a number of high profile change and cost cutting improvement initiatives.
Martin has worked with third parties in creating team development initiatives including 1:1 individual coaching improvement programmes. He believes strongly in the power of the team ethos which sustains high performing organisations and is directly aligned to the successful delivery of the business objectives.
Martin has a wide range of experience including change management, operational leadership and risk management. He has led global teams spanning different cultures across the world and has recently been involved in creating, facilitating and leading global risk assessments within the financial services sector. His operational leadership experience has included leading a range of businesses between 400 and 1200 staff and budgets between £10 and £60m.
Martin has developed excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organisation which has supported his consistent successful delivery of his vision and objectives.
